Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Deliver and execute sales acquisition, stock loading, market visibility and managing touch points to achieve all assigned territorial KPIs

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Push and execute sales acquisition drive to achieve sales territory targets
  • Perform quality market visitation in order to ensure the distribution of Celcom’s products and services are available at all targeted touch points
  • Build and maintain strong dealer engagement with quality touch-points to increase sales and revenue and long-term support
  • Execute all related visibility/ubiquity and channel program timely to strengthen Celcom’s presence
  • Track, support and groom dealers to grow and strengthen Celcom’s business
  • Gather feedback on network performance and issues from dealers and customer, collaborate with PIMO to improve dealer and customer experience
  • Visit and convince dealers to place orders (all SKUs) during visitation to increase sell through and dealer coverage
  • Plan, arrange and involve in sales activities with the dealers/channel to increase sales and strengthen dealer’s relationship
  • Consolidate and gather competitor’s information and dealers’ feedback to develop more effective deployment strategy
  • Install and maintain latest POSM and remove expired campaign materials according to Trade Marketing Planogram to ensure latest product info is displayed at touch point
  • Provide a visitation report with outlet photos (before and after POSM installation or maintenance done) as part of audit purposed for campaigns
  • Consolidate and gather competitor’s information on POSM/Planogram and dealers’ feedback to develop more effective deployment strategy

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education Qualification : Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business/Marketing or any related field

EXPERIENCE:

Years of Experience:

  • 2 - 5 years in related field
  • Good knowledge in local telecommunication industry market 

Preferable Previous Work Background:

  • Sales/Distribution/Merchandising/Event

Preferable Previous Work Industry:

  • Telecommunication

Mobility/ Travel Flexibility:

  • Require to visit dealers/distributors at field
  • Valid Driving License “D” 

Computer Literacy:

  • Basic Microsoft office skills – Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office

Language:

  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Personality Preference:

  • Able to work independently with a minimum supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills 
  • Analytical and innovative thinker 
  • Good planning and organization skills. 
  • Good in PR and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and good leadership skills
