Job Description

Provide end to end storytelling and copywriting for various channels including digital content, ads, below-the-line that are relevant and reflect the Celcom brand.



  • Create glossaries and verbal style guides for clarity and tone that confines with Celcom brand.
  • Propose copy new concepts, either to complement art direction or copy-led ideas across effectively that’s on point to the brief.
  • Communicate standards and editorial decisions to the team members/stakeholders and capture, prioritize and incorporate feedback.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer(s) to create/curate and develop ads and materials in the right storytelling formats.
  • Collaborate and support cross-functional teams to deliver content for newsletter, social media, etc as and when needed.
  • Ensuring projects are 'closed' and archive in systematic manner for easy retrieval when needed.
  • Write high-engagement content/copy that reflects our brand’s voice.
  • Ensure content is quality-checked before being published or printed.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of copywriting experience
  • More than 3 years of creative industry experience preferably with UX experience in telco/fintech/tech start-ups
  • Authoring brand style guide to ensure consistency
  • Experience working with UI designers and developers for embedded devices/electronics would be an added advantage
