Job Description


Lead the businesses to rapidly turn ideas into beautiful, engaging and intuitively usable interactive experience designs for Omni-channel digital products and services and contribute ideas and deep insights of human behavior, interactive usability and established experience design systems to deliver Celcom digital objectives.


  • Lead in participatory requirements gathering sessions and analyze stakeholder interviews to understand key success factors for a project or pursuit. 
  • Translate complex business and consumer data into infographics and intuitive page & interaction designs and translate business concepts into journeys, screen flows, and pixel perfect screens. 
  • Analyze, synthesize, and organize research data into meaningful themes, categories, and visually compelling frameworks and behavioral models and assess an existing site/property for usefulness, usability, visual design, content, and branding and prepare, conduct, and analyze behavioral in-context research events. 
  • Conceptualize, visualize and design user experiences, working in highly collaborative and agile, workshop driven teams and develop storyboards and journeys and bring these to life through illustrations.
  • Sketch to visualize ideas, following up with detailed annotated wireframes and creating high-quality designs and interface with business analyst, design lead, user experience designers and developer teams to turn ideas into fully functional systems
  • Develop and communicate industry-leading creative concepts; contribute ideas and deep insights of human behavior, interactive usability and established experience design systems (such as Apple or Google); engage with stakeholders, strategists, and technology teams to workshop and define future digital experiences and provide thought leadership around digital usability and experience design 
  • Perform quality review of design deliverables and leads work sessions and deliverable presentations with diverse team members.
  • Lead in presenting and defending design decisions based on the overall design roadmap as well as design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) including participating in C-levels discussions where required.
  • Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, colour and other ingredients to develop creative concepts including 
  • create visual prototypes or screens and provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables.
  • Extend existing visual systems/brand guidelines across all media.
  • Build taxonomies, feature lists and functionalities based on research findings and content strategies.


Bachelor's Degree in Design/  Communications/ Advertising/ Journalism/ Media Studies


  • Strong portfolio including user research, personas, sketches, wireframes, concepts for native apps and web
  • At least 8 years’ experience designing digital experiences
  • At least 5 years experience in OmniGraffle, Sketch, Axure, InVision or similar
  • At least 5 years experience in Powerpoint or Keynote
  • At least 5 years experience in professional business communications, including oral presentations, written documents, executive presentations
  • Fluent in responsive design, mobile/tablet UI UX
  • Team player, results-oriented, strong communicator, can-do attitude and comfortable working in a highly flexible, agile and collaborative environment
  • Capable of working in a complex organization and able to build strong relationships and credibility with multiple levels both internally and externally.
  • Ability to align teams cross-market / function without necessarily having direct management control
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management, both within and outside the organization.
  • Tactically astute, with a proven track record in the delivery of challenging business results.
