Job Description
  1. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Proactively review and monitor<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> operational and performance KPIs on Bluecube outlets and plan on retail programs to drive outlets and frontline productivity in conjunction with new product launches and key focus areas.
  2. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Lead<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> the execution of bluecube strategic initiatives and management approved projects through collaborative efforts with various stakeholders to drive revenue, achieve operational excellence and customer experience.
  3. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Review on Bluecube outlets location on yearly basis to support and achieve better P&L results and at the same time to improve overall Celcom’s retail footprint against competition.
  4. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Secure business case approval on sales and service initiatives for nationwide or targeted regional market areas to drive extra revenue and delivering superior customer experience.
  5. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Be part of the project team to contribute ideas, setting requirement that are relevant to Bluecube operations and on-ground activities
  6. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop a commission and incentive structures with support of concept and simulation to reward frontline and continuously analyze and improve the frontline reward in driving performance culture.
  7. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Review quarterly on Bluecube manpower baseline in order to drive efficiency of the outlets and manage better operating expenses
  8. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Working closely with CX Performance Management division or any relevant stakeholders or divisions to determine the tools or technology required to gain retail insights.
  9. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work with CXO and Head of Division on Group business plan for Blue Cube initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Degree or Master holder in relevant field
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Min. 8 years<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> of experience in the area of Channel Development, Consulting, Business Planning or Retail.

  1. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">High energy, comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-today activities and tasks.
  2. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Able to communicate effectively with management and employees at all levels.
  3. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Possess strong interpersonal skills.
  4. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong organizational and analytical skills. Strong project management skills as well.
  5. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Able to see the big picture and appreciate the strategic intent.
  6. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Demonstrated strategic capability but also a capability to attend to detail and data. Also possess strong business acumen.
  7. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Able to work independently and demonstrate a sense of urgency commensurate with the needs of the group and division.
  8. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent attitude and high in integrity.
