<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">JOB PURPOSE:

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Implement strategies and initiatives to enhance store Retail Merchandising in creating footfalls through brand management, in-store promotions, creative collaterals, virtual merchandising and consistent events to achieve seamless execution through marketing campaign, partnership that supports overall growth of  Retail Operations business and as per set objectives and directions.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Oversee Retail Merchandising road map for retail operations and manage consistency and execution timeliness to create footfall that leads to increase of sales & customer satisfaction.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manage the Planning of creative collaterals to attract footfall to the store and increase the sales. Create , develop and manage retail partnership via competitive business partnership to create seamless customer experience for both telco and non telco products.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Plan timeliness of material readiness for campaign launches or periodic promos as well as drive process efficiencies that improve overall speed to market.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Direct and manage the Development of product visibilities through virtual merchandising strategies that leads to customer to purchase.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Monitor brand governance to ensure guidelines are appropriately adhered by Blue Cube.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Prepare marketing analysis report to gauge successfulness of the planned and new campaigns. Manage the yearly Planning of events for execution to support overall Retail Operations growth.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Lead & Establish strategic collaboration with partners to create product promos that drives customers to the Blue Cube and increase targeted revenue base on product promo/launch.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Monitor and govern retail development project and maintenance to ensure rollout standardization in terms of merchandising aspect across the Blue Cube.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Implement and support any identified initiatives within the group, division and department in order to achieve the set objectives.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop, monitor and control <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">financial budget and cost to ensure effective and efficient management and utilization of the approved budget<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">QUALIFICATIONS: <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bachelor’s Degree in related fields or equivalent. Master’s Degree will be added advantages.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">EXPERIENCE:<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Minimum 5 - 8 years in related fields especially in Retail Marketing or Trade Marketing.

  3. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To stay abreast with the promo offering to beat the competitors in highly saturated and competitive market.
  4. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To manage various stakeholders expectation related to product offering and collaterals. 
  5. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Planning and executing effective in-store promo with efficient cost that can help Blue Cube to achieve better P&L.
