Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Responsible to manage and deliver POSM operations requirements to achieve the overall business objectives.

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Securing merchandising purchase orders for all operation requirements in order to support any campaign initiative.
  • Validate and manage payment to the partner/stakeholders for smooth operation deliverables timely.
  • Manage stakeholders/partners' deliverables to deliver expected output to the standards and requirements given.
  • Deliver the requirement from operations to meet targeted programs and strategies (e.g. producing labels, accessories price tags, etc…)
  • Execute and provide effective communication on all POSM-related matters to operations and relevant stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Manage and track all relevant matters related to governance and standards requirement in the store are up to date (e.g. banners licenses renewal, work permit etc..) and monitor on content updates at mall’s medium.
  • Update and monitor the POSM database and inventory to reflect accuracy on executed initiatives.
  • Maintain and ensure visual merchandising are reasonably maintained and in functioning condition to ensure its fully optimized and utilized.
  • Track and report all POSM related deliverables (e.g. on-time deliveries, quality of materials provided, etc..) are meeting all requirements and standards to achieve operations efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage fulfillment on all open cases as per SLAs in regard to Blue Cube Helpdesk.
  • Manage fulfillment of partnership related matters.

QUALIFICATIONS: Preferable a degree in Business Administration / Office Management

EXPERIENCE: Min. 3 years of experience with good understanding of retail operations / merchandising / event management / Customer Service.
