Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Direct and drive the development and implementation of postpaid product strategies by leading and managing the teams responsible for planning and operationalizing those strategies to achieve the company’s products, business, financial, corporate and customer experience targets.

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  1. Translate the company’s business strategy into a sustainable product roadmap aimed at increasing subscriber base, revenue targets and brand equity whilst managing cost margins
  2. Define and direct the development of postpaid products per company strategy and business plans to revitalize existing customer segments and grow market share
  3. Develop product and brand blueprints to direct and oversee product managers on the scope of their deliverables and business targets
  4. Formulate upselling and cross-selling initiatives and oversee the planning and implementation of campaigns to achieve take-up targets and revenue
  5. Approve the commissioning of market research to extract customer insights and forecast trends to enable product and strategy refinements
  6. Establish a governance framework to oversee and control cost, process and quality compliance by product managers
  7. Cascade business, financial, corporate and customer experience targets into achievable goals for product managers and their teams
  8. Inspire and drive cross-collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to expedite go-to-market strategies and achieve common business goals
  9. Accountable as Product Owner of a cross functional agile squad, provide leadership to drive product delivery & quality via user stories, burn down chart, squad cadences, retrospectives and etc.
  10. Accountable to manage stakeholders alignment across CSL, franchise/business owners, chapter leads, and relevant functional leads.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

11. Establish rapport with Senior Leadership and the Board to obtain buy-in and executive trust aimed at achieving business and financial targets

12.Identify, mentor, coach and motivate talents to retain them and groom successors for business continuity

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or related discipline
  • MBA will be an advantage
  • 10 – 12 years
  • Has led Postpaid product management team for 5-6 years in a medium or big sized organization
  • Solid knowledge of the postpaid market and customer behavior and impact on a company’s financials
