Job Description

“Market Resource Centre” on latest competitors’ offerings & current to long terms market landscape for Product & Tactical Planning for EBU. The go-to-person on product market trends, maintains up to date knowledge of focused market, through reading reports, market research, and analysis. He or she needs to be aware on what is going on in the market, general social economic & politic that is relevant to Enterprise business of the world. To work closely with both strategy & development team
Responsible for end-to-end execution of product and campaign for mass under Enterprise.

1    Propose strategic tactical campaigns across different sales segments for acquisition to close the revenue gap for sales team.
2    Performs thorough analysis on key industry trends, market share, growth projections, trends, and market forces. Proactively provide recommendation on where we should head next, substantiated with findings, which covers but not limited to case studies, analysis, and market survey.
3    Create and updates comprehensive industry & competitors offering, both on overall and regional, predicts how competitors are shaping based on the trends, and proactively provides insight that support strategic decision-making for next step implementation.
4    Develop, execute and refine strategic product plans from concept, design, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life by understanding performance indicators, market opportunities, competitive landscape, customer needs and pricing implications.
5    Develop and support implementation of product and marketing strategy of a category / sub-category within the organization in direct assigned brands and ensures the attainment of their set sales, market share and profit objectives.
6    Plan, execute and manage the acquisition initiatives and go-to-market strategy, executing and monitoring marketing plans and activities. 


Degree in Business Admin/Finance/Accounting/Economics    

•    8 years of overall working experience;
•    Experience in consulting & strategy 
•    Experience in telecommunications industry;
•    Strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills;
•    Strong business applications skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint;


•    Business acumen & strategic planner with good analytical skills
•    Resourcefulness in identifying, obtaining, and filtering the right set of information and data to decide on viable business approach for trade programs and events.
•    Strong communication and influencing skills
•    A team player and appreciates the company’s value chain (i.e. not working in silo)
•    Good business acumen and ability to play a balanced role as a finance advisor and business partner
•    Fast learner and ability to work under pressure
•    Result oriented, proactive and attention to details
•    Vocal, proactive and always thinking out of the box
