Job Description

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Lead and manage multiple products in a various customer segment to translate strategies into actionable plans and operationalize the overall brands & content E2E to increase revenue, subscriber base, market share and enhance customer experience .

  1. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Lead and provide marketing expertise in order to capitalize on market opportunities (strategic level) and leading tactical campaign implementation to ensure continuous brand development and revenue growth for overall Fintech and Digital DCB portfolio
  2. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Leverage on consumer-driven insights to develop profitable products and enhance long-term brand growth and at the same time keep up to date on the market/category trend
  3. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Create strategic direction and long term plan to drive growth specifically on overall Fintech and Digital DCB portfolio across all digital platforms including online, mobile, and other new medium thereby focuses on engaging and growing the audience on each platform.

  4. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Contribute to Business Plan (BP) direction and tactical activities roadmap (product, pricing, promotions and marketing) on overall Fintech and Digital DCB portfolio to realize a positive YoY growth through analysis of market drivers (subs, yield, usage etc)

  5. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Drive and manage the overall Fintech and Digital DCB portfolio customer experience through the implementation of the right product and CE <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">governance framework<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> for the best customers’ end to end journey within Celcom and thus delivering meaningful impact to the organization by acquiring new subscribers, educating and engaging prospective subscribers and supporting the brand in an efficient and compelling manner

  6. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Identify and develop new potential revenue streams and growth opportunities through facilitating relationship and partnerships with External Content/Service Providers to develop and penetrate overall Fintech and Digital DCB portfolios.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">7.  Mediate in disputes between Content Partners and Celcom’s internal stakeholders over payments or customer complaints, and provide resolutions to minimize or pre-empt impact on revenue targets

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">8.  Coach, guide and lead cross functional stakeholders towards delivery of quality product and acquire new content partners whilst engaging with existing partners to ensure effective partners management

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">9. Guide and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver key deliverables on time, within budget

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Degree Holder in Business Admin, Mass Comm or related fields
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Min. 8 years work experience in content-related,
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Understanding of content market trends for video, music, and games.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Understanding of digital content management/operation process & Malaysian Content Censorship regulations
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong grasp of fundamental commercial policies (creation of business cases, review of financial terms in contracts).
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Extensive contacts within content and OTT related services
