Job Description


This role is accountable to drive Enterprise annual business plan, strategic initiatives, and overall business performance reporting in line with the broader Celcom corporate strategy. This also includes overseeing managing, analyzing, & controlling the budget for EBU to support strategic initiatives, sales activities, and overall operations


1    Drive the Business Plan (BP) and Long-Range Plans (LRP), manage the end to end business plans by preparing the business case across Enterprise team and with all other relevant Celcom internal stakeholders and consultants/advisors
2    Manage, monitor, and report the execution of all business plan initiatives to ensure achievement of KPIs by respective BP initiative owner is met. This includes supporting and working with initiative owners to mitigate any blockers that poses risks to the delivery of the initiatives
3    Drive divisional performance (both revenue as well as operations) reporting through all defined reporting platforms (e.g. Weekly HoD, CEO Huddle, EMC, BOD) and mediums (e.g. standard reporting, EBU Dashboard etc.) as required by the CSL and Axiata Enterprise to provide performance visibility to the Enterprise leadership bench. This includes continuously improving the reporting mechanics and delivery to drive effectiveness and efficiency to the team
4    Pursue opportunities to facilitate change, increase revenue and reduce threats to improve financial performance and manage the profitability of the business segment as well as risks, to meet the division business goals.
5    Build and sustain an optimal engagement level with other divisions across company to enable execution of initiatives plans and strategic papers/special projects/assignments.
6    Conduct internal & external research and develop analysis for enterprise performance along with ad-hocs projects/strategic papers (e.g. M&A, competitive analysis, benchmarking & project-based subjects), meeting Company’s standard requirement.
7    Produce, maintain, and encourage knowledge management repository of Enterprise for the use of team – reading, profiling of clients /potential clients e.g. market insights, e-Newsletters, research from interna reports (BP, LRP, strategic papers) and external syndicated reports
8    Manage, plan/strategize, analyze, & control the budget for Enterprise division along with financial controller of the company to support sales activities e.g. analyze, plans for Enterprise BP budget plus track its utilization and present the weekly, month and quarterly budget reporting /utilization report, examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and follow financial policies & guidelines.
9    Responsible to plan, produce and manage training and development programs (annual trainings, Axiata FastForward learnings) for Enterprise as a strategic lever to drive sustainable people and organisational growth



Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Science, Finance or Business Management/sales and marketing or other relevant qualifications


•    Minimum 10 years in sales management with experience in strategy and business development functions.
•    Experienced with business development in the Enterprise segment

Preferable Previous Work Industry:
•    Telco, ICT and Digital industry


•    Computer Literacy: Yes. Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel is a must.
•    Language: Proficient in English and BM
•    Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills and presentation skills
•    Independent Dynamic and flexible with a strong business acumen
