Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Lead and manage initiatives that drive sales & productivity as well as to plan efficiency for each sales segment in Enterprise to achieve the sales target.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, drive and oversee Sales Campaigns and Partner/TradePrograms to ensure incremental sales and revenue targets are achieved.
  • Identify, negotiate, set and track Trade Programs, Sales Promotions / Campaigns and Partner Incentives specific to each segment to ensure incremental sales and revenue are achieved
  • Manage all GTM and GTD plans from the respective sales planners from benefits and costs angel to highlight variances to ensure optimum budget utilization.
  • Develop effective sales planning calendar (3 months rolling) for all segments to ensure the drive and achievement of sales targets.
  • Act as a key contact point for Marketing / Product and Regional team for any Celcom Mobility and Solutions product-related communications and activities to ensure seamless dissemination of information, news, updates or data.
  • Proactively collect and compile all Sales and trade feedback, updates and issues for analysis to provide recommendations for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Degree in Marketing or any related field

 

EXPERIENCE

10-12 years of experience

TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS
  • Business savvy and strategic mindset
  • Good analytical skills and meticulous
  • Resourcefulness in identifying, obtaining, and filtering the right set of information and data to decide on viable business approaches
  • Great networking, skills and influence people
  • Mobility / Travel Flexibility:Limited regional travel required
