<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">JOB PURPOSE:

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This is a key role in shaping the future of CX in Celcom. You MUST be an absolute ROCKSTAR that has a start-up mentally but experienced in navigating the corporate environment, aggressive, fast-paced environment and filled with a desire to be a part of something great. When you enter the room, you will have an executive presence, comfortable in presenting in both small and large group settings.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">You will play a leading role and be one of Celcom’s key relationship owners for strategic CX alliances & partnerships. You will originate and manage partnerships with a wide range of organizations, e.g., game developers, brands, technology platforms, teams, influencers, and production/media companies. You will be responsible for strategic and competitive industry research, prospecting new business (and business models) and potential partners, and signing and executing new businesses and partnerships.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with Celcom to assist in delivering the annual revenue and strategic goals for Celcom.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Prospect, develop, and managing key alliance relationships, structuring and governing engagement models, and driving measurable business outcomes for Celcom, CX channel partners (e.g. dealers), and enterprise customers.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Define alliance and partnership frameworks, operating and engagement models, and joint value proposition, and manage KPIs/scorecards; with weekly reporting to HOD & CXO.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Support renewal process for partner agreements, where applicable.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Identify and align critical functions, tasks and accountabilities required from key Celcom stakeholders to execute against a formalized alliances strategy;
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Collaborate and coordinate with the CX & wider Celcom team to execute alliances & partnerships.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices for brands, event organizations, and production companies involved.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Identify and capitalize on industry trends by proactively searching and implementing innovative alliances and business mechanics to grow CX channels/ add value to Celcom’s customers.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">QUALIFICATIONS: <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Preferable a degree holder in relevant field.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">EXPERIENCE:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">5+ years of business development experience with a proven track record
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Proven success building profitable (non)technology ecosystems with a history of managing alliances/ partnerships 
TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS
  1. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive strategy and make decisions.
  2. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Deep and broad network in (and out) of Malaysia beyond the telco industry.
  3. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Intellectual curiosity; Highly detail-oriented.
  4. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and working on the cloud.
  5. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong collaborative, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  6. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent written, verbal, presentation,.
  7. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong emotional intelligence, persuasive interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  8. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong organizational, project management & time management skills.
  9. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Values teamwork and collaboration and can work independently with little guidance when necessary.
  10. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ownership and entrepreneurship, positive attitude, energy, openness to feedback, comfortable with a fast-changing environment.
  11. <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Very high energy level with a positive disposition and ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment.
