<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">JOB PURPOSE:

Lead in identifying opportunities for improvement in key enabler areas such as Network/IT/Digital to support Celcom’s long term objectives and vision. <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">A qualified subject matter expert and representative of Business Modernization Strategy to liaise with technology and business stakeholders in the same areas.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recommend and identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing practices and identify relevant sustainable modernization programs to support Celcom’s long term goals.
  • Lead the process and work closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties in developing relevant blueprints for areas such as OSS and BSS modernization to achieve long term operational and cost efficiencies.
  • Develop strategies to achieve agreed technology service levels.
  • Work closely with internal departments and stakeholders namely Finance, Network, IT and Digital during concept phase to identity business requirements to meet Celcom's business and technical goals.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with business owners to develop implementation plan with agreed timeline tor program implementation with careful considerations of all integrations between Celcom’s internal & 3rd party support systems, including their sub-components.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Celcom internal platforms and industry’s best practices and provide advisory on solution alternatives to facilitate overall modernization development and rollout plan.
  • Lead relevant stakeholder workshops with formulating conclusions and documented results.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Be a change champion, integrate and maximize team efforts through status meetings, communications, project management and building depth of product knowledge among working team.
TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in OSS/BSS/Digital Architecture, Design and Operations.
  • OSS/BSS/Digital domain experience with multiple years of exposure to mediation projects, involving among others Inventory Management, Workforce Management, Service Quality and Performance Management, Charging Gateway, Mediation, and Billing.
  • Solid experience in relevant architecture planning, requirements gathering and solution architecture scoping work in OSS/BSS/Digital domains
  • Knowledge of operator’s mediation business processes and link to operator’s end-to-end business processes.
  • Strong exposure and knowledge on TM Forum and eTOM models specifically around OSS and BSS domain
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement.
