Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for strategizing and developing holistic go-to-market communication plans to drive acquisition, engagement and/or retention across the relevant marketing channels based on consumers’ interest and behavior to drive business growth.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Identify and execute effective segmentation and strategies to drive top of mind awareness and brand equity for Celcom brand.
2. Strategize and develop all campaign plans aligned with the Brand Strategy for the identified market segment.
3. Drive brand awareness, acquisition, engagement, and usage for the relevant brand segments.
4. Drive creative excellence in campaign creation and execution by working closely with external/3rd party enablers i.e. creative agency, media agency, brand partners, digital agencies and social media partner on ATL, BTL, digital, social and activation.
5. Managing creative development & media planning to ensure that all briefs are met and aligned with the brand essence and campaign objectives.
6. Plan effective media strategies and optimize the effectiveness of media spend.
7. Develop digital and social marketing initiatives for quantifiable results alongside working with relevant stakeholders (i.e. product owner) to ensure the campaign meets its objective.
8. Build prospecting and retargeting audiences across channels and execute ongoing testing to continuously optimize campaign performance.
9. Implement innovative execution strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement for the relevant brand segments.
10. Ensure campaign is launch timely, examine, and provide iteration if necessary, throughout the campaign period to ensure greater efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Own and design the strategy, development, and execution of online acquisition channels.
12. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure optimal campaign execution and reach.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education qualification: Preferably a degree in marketing or mass communication or business studies/management
2. Preferable previous work background: Experience in marketing, advertising, communications


EXPERIENCE

1. At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, advertising / communications in telco/creative or media agency/FMCG/start up
2. He/she must have a good understanding of the various marketing channels including digital marketing
3. Good project management skills & knowledge on working in agile environment

*This is a 1 year contract role
