Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To oversee, plan and manage Postpaid product and services including development, pricing, customer’s experience and increase customers base to grow revenue while maintaining the profitability of the business.

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan the development of the product portfolio and new innovative products and services to grow revenue and profitability
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of product and services across relevant stakeholders within company to ensure successful launch against the competitive market
  • Develop the marketing, promotions and communications roadmap to drive awareness of products & services during launching of new products to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
  • Manage and improve existing products and services to maintain relevancy in the market.
  • Enhance user experience and/or increase usage through benchmarking of competitive offerings.
  • Analyse and forecast the usage behavior and trends of the products and services within the industry, and develop a plan to ensure opportunities are realized.
  • Gather insights via on-ground visits to understand customer behaviors and needs to develop relevant products and services to cater to the customer needs.
  • Manage profitability of the product portfolios by strategizing with different stakeholders in the organization
  • Manage and address stakeholders’ expectations and concerns to create a positive relationship and deliver value effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Technology / Engineering
  • Master’s Degree and/or Professional Qualifications in the related filed will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Telecommunication or related discipline required
  • Good in-depth knowledge of the end to end  telco products
  • Good in depth knowledge on telco business and emerging technologies / trends
