Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To drive the delivery of the Digital product capabilities in order to enable a cross-channel experience to ensure all Digital product capabilities can be easily and consistently made available across the web, mobile, tablet, and apps and dealer digital enablement.

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. ​​​​​​​Responsible for digital product development and management from concept to delivery.
  2. Collaborate with business and technical teams on digital product development to deliver business GTMs through business requirements gathering, solution & wireframing, digital product design, technical design and testing
  3. Ensure quality assurance of every GTM campaign that is published with a focus on delivering marketing messages that compels a transaction, takes the user down the conversion funnel and/or drives deflection from traditional channels
  4. Review Digital Analytics reports daily, weekly and monthly to gain a thorough understanding of the performance metrics such as crash rates, loading time, errors, gaps in user journeys and develop a clear plan to mitigate and improve its performance
  5. Extract and analyze key insights and draw out actionable next steps and provide recommendations or define solutions to mitigate customer pain points across specific digital user journeys within the appointed Digital domain
  6. Stay abreast with current UI/UX best practices for continuous improvements and product enhancements
  7. Develop business cases and recommendations for new product developments or enhancements and ensure achievement on benefits within prescribed timeframes
  8. Provide timely and concise updates to project teams, business stakeholders and management regarding channel status, commercial outcomes, key highlights, challenges, next steps and deliverables
  9. Ascribe to the Agile ways of working, lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint grooming, sprint review, daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives. Be an agile champion and share best practices of the Agile operating model to the rest of the organization
  10. Define and prioritize stories in the Product Backlog to streamline the execution of the sprints, assess value, write and prioritize stories, epics and sprint goals to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  11. Plan and set expectation for delivery of product feature backlog and development and ensure user experience, features and workflows within the platform deliver the expected user and business values
  12. Develop and drive continuous improvement of Celcom products and services experience.     

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS: 

•    Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or MBA or related.

EXPERIENCE: 

    Degree with minimum of 5 – 8 years relevant experience in:
•    Digital product/platform management with demonstrated ability to implement mobile-first and effective development principles.
•    Highly energetic, positive and have a courageous lateral thinking.
•    Hands-on experience leading/managing full lifecycle of digital platforms development and deliveries. 
•    Managing virtual teams across functions and geographies
•    Driving teamwork and cross-team alignment. Past experiences in implementing Agile practices preferred.
•    Excellent communication skills and have ability to coordinate and work with different functions.
•    Well organized and have attention to details. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliveries at the same time.
 

TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS

TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILL: 

•    Goal focused and energetic in delivery with tracked record in strong execution.
•    Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and have a “can do” attitude
•    Solid grasp of Analytics, HTML and UI/UX principles.
•    Knowledge of/experience with Adobe CMS (or equivalent) and Agile methodologies preferred
•    Ability to align teams cross-market / function without necessarily having direct management control 
•    Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
•    Exceptionally organized, highly detail oriented and have strong project and team management skills.
•    Communication and presentation skills.
