YOODO SEGMENT MARKETING (E-SPORTS) (12 months contract)

Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible to grow the Campus Lifestyle Segment in Yoodo by identifying strategic initiatives, developing an action plan and executing those initiatives to one of our largest customer segment in University students. Assisting two other lifestyle segments which are Esports and Sports.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Own, develop and grow the Campus Lifestyle segment in terms of revenue, customer base & engagement
2. Strategize a plan to build collaboration initiatives with universities, student societies and relevant stakeholders
3. Design, plan and execute campaigns/events in various education campuses to build the Yoodo unique proposition as Youth’s Telco
4. End to end campaign management to launch programs & products campaigns related to our main customer segment as per plan to achieve business targets
5. Accountable for stakeholder management / customer engagement
6. To Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure necessary ecosystem/platforms/tools/processes/forms are ready & available to serve customers.
7. Assist the team with developing Esports & Sports initiatives which includes execution of the sponsorship entitlements, or Yoodo organized programs.
8. Joint accountability to build student/campus yoodo community
9. Market research, survey, focus group using design thinking/CX methodology in creating value product/campaign/event proposition
10. Provide regular & post campaign/events/initiatives analysis and reports for continuous improvement & management review.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

1.Bachelor’s Degree (preferably min 2nd Upper) (any field)
2. Min 5-7 years in a Strategic or Operational function
3. At least 2 years experience in a Marketing or Partnership role
4. Experience preference: 
    Student in a large-scale tertiary education campus
    Active member of a student council/union/alumni
    Student activity engagement or student community management
