Job Description

Execute the actionable plans to operationalize the overall brands & content to increase revenue, subscriber base, market share and enhance customer experience for Celcom content play.

1. Design and define strategy & roadmap for Celcom Digital VAS portfolio specifically on financial services into executional plans and marketing activities to increase take up of service and revenue
2. Leverage on consumer-driven insights to develop profitable products and enhance long-term brand growth and at the same time keep up to date on the market trend on innovative Digital VAS that we can capitalize in our Malaysia landscape
3. Define and implement best commercial model partnership in alignment with current market rates across the brands to obtain competitive edge for our Digital VAS business
4. Proactively engage with external and internal stakeholders to maintain professional work relationship to ensure end-to-end product deliveries are launched with best-in-class solution/partnership and in timely manner
5. Observe end-to-end customer journey to promote best-in-class customer experience ensuring customer complaints are managed and resolved with relevant stakeholders 
6. Formulate a governance framework with relevant controls for optimal content delivery from partners and take appropriate action as per process to manage non-compliance and non-performance
7. Mediate in disputes between Content Partners and Celcom’s internal stakeholders over payments or customer complaints, and provide resolutions to minimize or pre-empt impact on revenue targets
8. Lead and effectively manage overall segments and product portfolio’s, segment size, revenue and profitability to enhance revenue and profitability growth
9. Lead the team Agile squad and own the product backlogs and prioritization list


• Degree Holder in Business Admin, Mass Communication or related fields
• MBA and/ or Professional Qualifications will be an added advantage 
• Minimum 6 years work experience in content-related,
• Understanding of content market trends for fintech, insurance and credit services.
• Understanding of digital content management/operation process/technical platform & Malaysian Content Censorship regulations
• Strong grasp of fundamental commercial policies (creation of business cases, review of financial terms in contracts).
• Extensive contacts within content and OTT related services

• A motivated self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experienced in Product Management or Agile Methodology or Jira will be an added advantage
