Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To plan and manage end to end products go-to-market. Responsible in the product execution throughout the product lifecycle, develop product proposal concepts and drives the implementation of the overall product roadmap including product enhancement. Also, to work closely with the technical/development, sales, marketing, customer service, finance, legal to ensure goals are met. To ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals planning.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Raising CR for product development in MCS and conducting the end-to-end process until completion inclusive product UAT with respective stakeholders.
  • Prepare materials related to the product and work with Program Management unit for GTM/Advertisement/Sales Kit, product registration and escalation flow. 
  • To conduct migration process in KENAN to MCS and work with internal/external stakeholders until completion.
  • To support post sales and operational issues with regards to MCS platform inclusive of customer profiling, package and billing dispute.
  • Establish business rules and policies for all product offerings applicable to respective billing systems. This also includes legal aspects such as terms & conditions, addendums and others.
  • Involvement in product User Acceptance Test prior to any rollouts.
  • Establish service provisioning and post-sales support framework.
  • Involvement with connectivity related to package approval and development.

Degree in any fields

 

EXPERIENCE

3-5 years’ experience in Telco product development and management.

TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS

  • Industry and functional knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of industry and market practices.
  • Ability in writing business concept proposals and follow through the entire project gating process.
  • Product marketing knowledge.
  • Organizational commitment.
