Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for strategizing, planning, managing & growing the prepaid brand. Accountable for strategizing all communications development, implementation and support the overall products/services branding to drive acquisition, usage and retention via integrated marketing communications initiatives.  

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Strategize and execute all campaigns aligned with the Brand Strategy for the prepaid business

 

2.Drive brand awareness, acquisition, usage and retention across all segments for Xpax

 

3.Identify and execute effective segmentation and strategies for the respective campaigns

 

4.Being the brand guardian to ensure all materials correctly represent the brand’s tone and manner

 

5.Working with multiple stakeholders to ensure optimal campaign execution and reach

 

6.Ensuring timeliness of merchandising materials by working closely with the creative agency to meet business expectations

 

7.Implement innovative execution strategy to drive brand awareness

 

8.Responsible to develop concept for merchandising and activation ideas for Xpax brand including tactical and thematic campaigns that is aligned with the brand strategies

 

9.Keep abreast with latest developments in telecommunications industry especially on social matters that can affect the competitive edge of our campaign/program offerings

 

10.Ensure creative excellence in campaign creation/execution by working closely with the ATL and digital creative agencies

 

11.Plan effective media strategies and optimize the effectiveness of media spend

 

12.Measure campaign effectiveness with brand health studies or store audit (e.g. share of display and messaging impact) and report performance of all campaigns

 

13.Ensure campaign tracking is done on timely basis throughout campaign period

 

14.Managing creative development & media planning to ensure that all briefs are met and aligned with the brand essence and campaign objectives

 

15.Ensure timeline and quality deliverables of all campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience either in a similar position or in an advertising agency
  • Strong written and communication skills in English
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to prioritise and execute tasks within a tight timeline and fast-moving environment
  • Flexible during times of change
  • Has an open mindset towards, embraces and continuously initiates and implements change
