Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing, supporting, tracking and monitoring development of overall monetization marketing channels (with primary focus on Digital Channels) with the objective of increasing revenue and market share via upselling and cross selling.

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 1) Exploring opportunity to enable Digital Channels with multi channels concept for In Line Marketing activities CLM  to increase engagement and take up rates:- 

• Enabling the channels identified from business requirement perspective

• Liaison point with vendors in exploring opportunities and deployment of identified channels 

• Identify use cases to test out most effective channels for In Line BTL Marketing program 

2) Improve Customer Experience and responsible in ensuring seamless customers experience and satisfaction in campaign subscription:- 

• Enable one click fulfillment in real time

• Seamless experience across channels 

• Eliminate the back end  fulfillment process hence will reduce cost and efficiency 

3)  Responsible in managing end to end development of channels eco systems support and enablement with IT and customers touch points integration:-

• Technical bridge with campaign managers 

• Produce Business and User requirement 

• Manage testing and acceptance 

• Manage budget approvals 

4) Responsible in tracking, reporting and measurement of marketing channel performance in timely manner (within the stipulated deadlines) and ensure accuracy

5)Support existing Monetization campaigns to promote transaction of specific channels or increase overall channel transactions by running marketing initiatives. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
