Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To develop & implement retention campaigns with the objective of reducing churn, increasing revenue saved, improving subscribers' active usage and prolonging their length of stay

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design campaigns based on yearly retention plans identified with objective to reduce churn rate and improve revenue saved
  • Develop relevant retention campaigns & initiatives based on customers’ usage behaviours (business case and model based)
  • Manage campaign end to end 
  • Monitor & track campaign performance to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Focus in process automation  
  • Ensure post campaign diagnosis is done to evaluate campaign and to ensure continuous learnings for future campaigns
  • Work well within the department and with relevant stake holders
  • Keep abreast with the latest development in the company and area of opportunities in new and existing products
 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree Holder – Preferably in Marketing
 
EXPERIENCE
  • 2 year experience in marketing or sales preferably in campaign management and base marketing (CLM/CRM)
