Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To develop Monetization campaigns with the objective of increasing revenue and market share via upselling and cross selling

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1)Studying customer database and  profiling based on identified behavioral segments to develop targeted marketing campaigns

2)Proposing upsell/cross sell campaigns and initiatives for the marketing cycles program to achieve portfolio/functional products revenue targets

3)Responsible for identifying the right target segments for the right products and ensure  the right contextual marketing and campaign execution plans to increase customer base & revenue

4)Responsible for end to end planning  and execution of all campaigns  from concept, approval,  development, and launch and post launch monitoring to meet campaign targets

5)Work with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including Product mgmt. team, digital marketing team, customer service team, contact centre, events team, IT team and Analytics  team, etc

6)Ensure our value propositions and unique selling propositions are relevant and meet the minimum demands and expectations of the general consumer, by proposing new cost-effective benefits and privileges to enhance the value propositions

7)To work closely and in tandem with all counterparts within and inter-departments to develop cross database marketing initiatives with synergistic collaborations

8)Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns, ensure campaigns are launched on time and within the approved budget

9.Ensuring the profitability of the program  identified and ensure the incremental revenue is tracked consistently

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree or equivalent level qualification
EXPERIENCE
  • 5 – 8 years extensive experience in campaign mgmt., database marketing,  analytics, and  loyalty  
  • Project Management Skill
  • Knowledge on CRM
  • Managing multi integrated campaigns simultaneously
  • Advertising, digital and CRM marketing knowledge and experience
  • Profit and Loss understanding
