Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Lead and drive sales activities through a group of Account Managers to meets customer acquisition and revenue growth targets that are competitive and innovative.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and monitor recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives to achieve growth and hit sales target.
  • Plan and monitor strategic and tactical sales planning to maximize sales potential and result into profit and present good EBITDA revenue.
  • Enforce market position by locating potential business deals with the key customers of the business segment to improve customer experience & promote long-lasting relationship with existing and new customers.
  • Generate plans for the unit's trade activities /program to achieve the quarterly target set by the management.
  • Evaluate and review data/information for potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, examining risks and financial accuracy for business decision making.
  • Guide and assist Account Managers to resolve customer’s issues of high severity cases & understand their needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify Gap and Recommend Skills Training to improve the competencies of the Account Managers to further improve on soft skill ie Customer engagement.
  • Operationalize collaboration inter department and other departments in within the organization to achieve the unit’s revenue and sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant industry qualification.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 - 8 years Sales Experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.

TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS

  • Good objective setter, planner, and above all, controller. Instead of leaving loose ends hanging, they always finish what they start.
  • Able to analyze, plan and recommends strategic decision to management
  • A self-starter able to work with minimum direction. In addition, a good sales manager possesses both the desire and the ability to develop constructive ideas.
  • Able to see the relevance of bits of information, to draw conclusions that fit the facts, and to analyze a problem to understand root causes.
  • Maintain positive attitudes and zeal even when the going is tough. This is a must for any job, but when leading a team of reps with high pressure quotas,
